Sticen – Shipping Policy

Effective Date: 07 July 2025

At Sticen, all orders are shipped directly from our warehouse. This allows us to maintain control over product quality, pricing, and consistency—ensuring every item meets our standards before reaching you.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended


2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days (after dispatch)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Local courier delays

  • Weather or unforeseen disruptions

  • Peak seasons or high order volume


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.


4. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

If an order is undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept the package

Then:

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable

  • A reshipping fee will be required to send the order again


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • You may be required to pay customs duties, VAT, or import taxes

  • These charges are determined by your country and are not included in our prices

The customer is fully responsible for these charges.

If you:

  • Refuse to pay customs fees, or

  • Fail to collect the package

The order may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • A reshipping fee will apply for a second shipment


6. Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Unpaid customs duties

  • Incorrect address

  • Failure to collect

We will hold the order for 30 days.

If no reshipping request is made within this period, the order will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the courier.

Sticen is not liable for:

  • Shipping delays beyond our control

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

However, we will assist you in contacting the courier to help resolve the issue.


8. Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
